Cancellation Policy: I reserve time especially for you. As a courtesy, please give me a minimum of 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me enough time to fill the slot. Cancellations less than 24 hour notice or no call/no show should expect to pay for the service.
Arrival: An early arrival is always encouraged. On a first visit you will be asked to complete a questionnaire and medical history. If you are late, your treatment time may have to be shortened for the next client's appointment.
Shaving: Men it is best not to shave the day of service. If you must shave, do so at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment.
